Credit/Terms

All orders are shipped COD (cash or check on delivery) unless credit has been established. You may apply for a NET 30 DAY open account any time after your initial order. Credit applications are available here.

To avoid COD charges, we accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express. You may also choose to PREPAY for your order. Shipping and handling charges will be estimated.

Delivery

All orders will ship via Federal Express ground, unless indicated otherwise. Please specify any special instructions. Turnaround times for delivery can be found here.

Late Delivery by Carrier Policy

We are not responsible for the delivery of merchandise after it leaves our premises. Replacement of any order delayed or lost in transit is at the sole expense of the customer.

Turnaround time is 5 working days for all QUICKTRANS transfer processes with the exception of LITHO-QUIK and TransGlo™. Reorders will be processed in 3 working days or less. Please use your proof job number for all reorders to ensure speedy service.

RUSH REQUESTS are honored when production schedule allows. Rush services offered: 2-day, 3-day, and 4-day. Some restrictions may apply. For more information, contact QuickTrans customer service.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Due to turnaround time, cancellations and/or changes are discouraged. In the event either should occur, there will be an additional $10.00 charge. We will try to accommodate your request when possible.

Art

We will determine if art is camera-ready. Photocopies, business cards, letterhead, etc. are generally not suitable as camera-ready. We are unable to quote on UNSEEN art. Charges are determined by complexity, number of colors and transfer process. If necessary an art charge will be assessed.

Proofs

A black & white composite can be provided before production at an additional charge. Transfer order will not go through out system until the proof is approved, thus delaying delivery time.

We recommend testing your transfers before use, as heat presses and application techniques vary tremendously. An extra transfer is provided to cut into sections for testing both application and washability before using the entire lot. Please check proof and transfers for graphical, typographical, size or color errors.

Return Policy

Request written authorization to return any item for credit. Return requests must be made within 30 days of invoice date — no exceptions. Orders returned to us refused, regardless of reason, will be assessed a $10.00 re-shipping charge — plus new shipping charges added to original total.

Unauthorized use of copyrighted or trade marked subjects is illegal. QuickTrans, Inc. holds no licensed rights. By submitting a design for production you warrant that you are authorized to do so, and you hold us harmless for such action. QuickTrans, Inc. accepts no liability for the unauthorized use of third party subjects.

QuickTrans, Inc. is not responsible for transfers once applied to garments. If the factory determines the transfer was defective, our liability is limited to cost or replacement of the transfers only.

This product is custom manufactured to your specifications.

All recommendations, suggestions and statements, if any, regarding products or their application on certain materials are based on research and experience of QuickTrans, Inc., through testing or actual production runs made in good faith. However, since QuickTrans, Inc. has no control over the application of products or the conditions of use or storage of the products sold or the results obtained through the use of its products, QuickTrans, Inc. assumes no responsibility for the outcome of the products performance.

Ordering

Phone orders are accepted. Please listen carefully when the order is read back to you as all phone orders are at the risk of the customer. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST THE ORDER BE WRITTEN AND MAILED, FAXED OR EMAILED WHENEVER POSSIBLE TO ENSURE ACCURACY.
